Kristi Davisson
Kristi Neher Davisson has more than 25 years of experience as a trial attorney in Florida. Kristi has litigated all types of cases including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, product liability, nursing home, medical malpractice and wrongful death. For many years Kristi worked at an insurance defense law firms, defending claims on behalf of insurance companies and corporate clients. Now she brings this wealth of knowledge to representing those who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
In addition to her litigation experience, Kristi is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator and arbitrator. She is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and in Florida’s federal courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Kristi graduated with honors from Stetson University’s College of Law. She received her undergraduate degree in Telecommunications from the University of Florida, and prior to becoming a lawyer, Kristi worked as a television news producer at TV stations in Gainesville, Orlando, West Palm Beach and Tampa, Florida.
Kristi is rated AV Preeminent by her peers on Martindale-Hubbell, has been designated as a Florida Super Lawyer and “Top Lawyer” winner in Tampa Magazine for personal injury litigation. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers.
Kristi was born in Tampa and lived around the world due to her father’s career. After growing up a “military brat”, at Air Force bases from Karamürsel Turkey to Tokyo Japan, Kristi’s family returned to Florida where Kristi graduated from Homestead High School.
Kristi lives in Tampa with her husband, Craig. Their two beautiful daughters, Carolyn and Katy were born and raised in Tampa and live nearby. Kristi’s favorite time of year is Gator Football a/k/a Gator Marching Band season. She is active in the Gator Band Alumni, and loves spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, traveling and taking care of Kylee the Legal Beagle and cats Buttercup and Bubby.
